Crosskirk Bay Gin

Distilled overlooking the picturesque Crosskirk Bay in Forss, Caithness, Crosskirk Bay Gin is juniper led with local botanicals providing a soft, citrus character. One botanical close to our hearts is Scots pine taken from our first family Christmas tree, planted in our garden way back in 1993!

This gin is a rarity in using molasses as a base spirit rather than the more commonly used grain

Juniper, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, sea buckthorn, rowan berries, lemon verbena, cardamom, pink peppercorns, Scots pine, Icelandic moss.

Try a G&T, nothing but ice. The gin does the rest.

    About the Distiller

North Point Distillery, based in Caithness in the Scottish Highlands, was founded in 2020 by north coast native Struan Mackie and Canadian Alex MacDonald. Their flagship gin, Crosskirk Bay Gin, was launched the same year and features a molasses base, rowan berries from the banks of Forss Water, Icelandic moss, and Scots pine taken from a family Christmas tree planted in the garden in 1993.
