Distilled by The Tarbay Botanist in their accredited carbon negative distillery this is pretty unique gin as I'm sure you have just discovered. By their own admission it can be very polarising!
For those who have been a member since the beginning they are the distillery behind the experimental gins, numbers 4751 and 1634. They're still working on the ideas and number 1634 is looking most likely to be developed further so they thank you for your input!
Juniper, quince, elderflower and lemon.
A Recommended Serve
This pairs perfectly with a light tonic, or elderflower cordial and soda.
About the Distiller
Established in 2019 by husband and wife, Deke and Claire, the Tarbay Botanist is a family run craft gin distillery based in the countryside of Windsor. The distillery worked hard to achieve Carbon Negative certification.
With a hospitality background, Deke is the botanist and is passionate about gin flavours, balancing botanicals and creating great tasting gin. With Claire by his side and a corporate background, she looks after sales and marketing and is also chief taster - which she does happily!
Remember to fill out your Taste Card so you'll have a record of this gin.
